Alex is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Director of the London and Southeast Cost Management division. He brings 22 years’ experience in cost management, with expertise in new-build developments, refurbishments, and fit-out works on multi-million-pound contracts.
Throughout his career, he has worked across a wide range of sectors, including education, government authorities, blue light services, residential, corporate real estate, retail, leisure, listed buildings, workplace, and masterplanning.
His experience goes beyond standalone quantity surveying to include multi-disciplinary delivery, strategic planning, sustainability, and nationwide project rollouts — including international schemes.
