Pick Everard will return to Leeds for the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) from 19–21 May 2026, with a programme that includes a panel session, an external fringe event, and a networking event within the main festival.

Since its launch in 2022, UKREiiF now unites over 16,000 investors, developers, local and national government officials, and the wider built environment sector to promote sustainable and inclusive growth across the UK.

Once again, the Royal Armouries Museum and New Dock will host the three-day programme of mainstage panels, networking events and city-wide fringe activities.

Alastair Hamilton
, Chief Operating Officer at Pick Everard, said: “Building on the momentum of recent years, we’re excited to be returning to Leeds. With a great line-up of speakers and panel sessions combined with a whole host of networking opportunities, UKREiiF gives us a platform to address the industry’s most pressing challenges and come together to provide solutions. It also gives us a chance to showcase the scope of what we do at Pick Everard and bring people together to turn ambition into delivery.”

Throughout the conference, Pick Everard will be showcasing its expertise in sustainability and energy, architecture, project and programme management, civil engineering, building services, environmental services, cost and commercial management, health and safety.

Nathan Spencer, Managing Director at UKREiiF, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Pick Everard as a key partner for UKREiiF 2026. Their involvement – spanning panel sessions, fringe events and networking programmes – helps solidify the forum’s role as a meeting-place for the built-environment’s most innovative and influential players. Together, we’ll leverage their deep expertise in sustainable design, infrastructure delivery and social value to drive meaningful dialogue, collaboration and action across the sector.”

Its presence at UKREiiF builds on a year of strong progress for Pick Everard. Alongside project delivery, the team has been proud to support initiatives that create wider impact, such as the School Finds campaign, which raised £5,000 for the National Literacy Trust (NLT).

The NLT is an independent charity that empowers children, young people, and adults from disadvantaged communities with the literacy skills they need to succeed.

These successes reflect Pick Everard’s commitment to leaving positive and lasting legacies for our people, places and the planet, and it’s something we’re excited to bring to UKREiiF 2026.

We look forward to seeing you at UKREiiF 2026. For meeting requests, please contact our team.
