Kieran Dyer
Director
Kieran is an experienced chartered architect and a director in the Bristol studio at Pick Everard. He has a wide breadth of experience across multiple sectors, with a particular focus in education, he undertakes the role as the sector portfolio lead for education in Design Services.
He is a Certified Passivhaus Designer and is qualified and experienced in urban design and masterplanning, being involved with a number of large scale projects, including infrastructure and strategic projects in London and the South West.
Kieran is passionate about the importance of good design and the power it has to impact peoples lives positively. An innovative designer and critical thinker, he specialises in strategic advice, concept design and the delivery of complex projects. He enjoys working closely with clients, stakeholders, end users and contractors, balancing differing priorities to deliver high quality buildings and environments.
He understands the importance of clear communication and that a cohesive and collaborative approach to team management leads to successful projects. In addition to ensuring prompt delivery of high quality, accurate design information. He brings both design and technical assurance to projects, ensuring designs are fully coordinated, compliant and meet the aspirations of the client and users.
As an architect, he provides oversight, project management and support to the Architecture and project teams. He has an open approach to team leadership and instils a sense of ownership and independent thought whilst encouraging innovation, collaboration and inclusivity to deliver high performing results.
