Joel is Director of Project Management at Pick Everard, bringing more than a decade of experience delivering complex infrastructure programmes across the UK and Asia-Pacific. A Chartered Civil Engineer with NEC4 Project Manager accreditation, he leads the Central Government Project Management Sector in London, overseeing major multi-million-pound programmes including the Ministry of Justice Future Estate Partners (FEP) framework and Home Office Accommodation Programmes.
Joel has extensive multi-discipline experience from both private and client organisations, successfully managing high-value, complex projects within tight programmes and challenging environments. He combines strategic leadership with commercial and contract management, project delivery, and team coordination, consistently delivering integrated, sustainable infrastructure projects on time and to the highest standards.
