William is the National Discipline Director for Cost Management and has over 25 years of experience serving both private and public sector clients including education, retail, industrial, health, blue light, commercial sectors amongst others. William has also successfully led large complex construction programmes, this success was achieved through his ambition underpinned by professional service delivery and standards.
William has a strong client focus and a desire to improve the performance of both his personal and team outputs to support clients in their project delivery. William works best while working with clients. He has the ability to build trust quickly through empathy and performance and can challenge clients through thoughtful questions and curiosity to ensure positive outcomes.
