John is a Director of Project Management with over 22 years of experience in the construction industry working closely with Local Authorities, Private Sector clients and Healthcare Organisations. John has led and delivered major projects in a range of sectors such as Healthcare (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary), Education (Primary, Secondary and SEND), Public Realm/Regeneration, Residential (affordable/Social, Extra care and Private) and Commercial fit out.
John’s experience in delivering complex schemes allows him to support a wide range of projects, providing technical advice on the Building Contract, programme, buildability, cost and risk. John has a proven track record of delivering successful projects, the impact of which bring significant social value to local communities.
