I have over 37 years of knowledge gained in the construction industry across a wide range of market sectors with extensive experience of leading teams within a commercial environment, on key high profile large value capital projects in the UK.
This includes Police Scotland, Scottish Fire and Rescue, EDF, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and various councils, housing associations and universities utilising SCAPE, hub Scotland, HFS and CCS Frameworks.
I have vast experience leading teams on complex projects on a large range of building types and contracts and having a detailed knowledge of current modern methods of project procurement, construction, and sustainability/carbon zero.
