Gavin is the Director of Cost Management (for London & the South East) and brings to his clients and team, the knowledge and experience gained from 15 years of working on some of London’s most iconic projects alongside leading clients, designers, engineers and contractors.
Gavin thrives on helping his team to understand the underlying challenges facing each client, and then ensures that his teams prioritise the activities which generate the highest value for the client. Gavin’s expertise is driving his team to recognise, and then create, the foundations of a successful project. These foundations are built by implementing the right processes; then tenaciously championing the management of residual risk, so that the team performs as a team, and all stakeholders benefit from the project.
