Alan DeMerquis has over 34 years of building services design and managerial experience, 25 years of which have been within the contractor design and build sector where hands on site work and involvement in managing supply chains, has provided valuable experience of project management. He specialises in managing large complex schemes with a high level of services integration.
Alan has excellent working knowledge of a broad range of schemes for blue light, defence, retail, public sector and private clients alike, including the design and management of multi-professional projects within frameworks. He is well acquainted with a variety of procurement routes and contract strategies, especially single stage and multi-stage design and build contracts. His knowledge and experience also extends to renewable energy and environmental management schemes as a Low Carbon Consultant. Alan provides a pragmatic, hands on approach, whilst ensuring efficiency and robust life cycle aspirations are delivered.
