Science and technology
The world of science and technology is constantly and dramatically evolving and every environment we create is not just at the cutting edge of design, but adaptable enough to stay there.
New areas of study are emerging within established domains; new technologies and applications of technology are developing and being adopted faster than ever before; new data collection, curation and analysis techniques are producing greater volumes of data with more sophisticated understanding.
We have worked in this field for more than 20 years delivering projects for major private and government clients including the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl), the United Kingdom Research Institute (including the British Geological Survey, the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council, and the Natural Environmental Research Council), the Forensic Science Service, the Air Accident Investigation Branch, and Public Health England.
We have also worked with many leading research universities to create outstanding facilities for DNA analysis, radiochemistry, toxicology and microbiology.
The state-of-the-art facilities we design enable our clients to innovate, evolve and achieve excellent results. By combining our technical and design skills with a collaborative, client-focused approach, we put science and innovation at the centre of every scheme, and right from the start we incorporate sustainability and energy management requirements, with flexibility and user-friendly facilities.
