SCAPE is one of the UK’s leading public sector procurement authorities. Perfect Circle was appointed to the SCAPE Consultancy Built Environment and Infrastructure Consultancy frameworks in January 2021 having previously delivered SCAPE’s Built Environment Consultancy Services (BECS) framework since 2016. These frameworks, which will run for a minimum period of four years, are delivered exclusively by Perfect Circle in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and have an expected service delivery of £600 million.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is the department responsible for the procurement of goods and services within the cabinet office. The majority of procurement exercises undertaken by CCS, either for their own use or another department, are via their own framework agreements that cover a broad range of goods and services.
