Simon is the National Discipline Director for Building Surveying and has over 25 years of building surveying consultancy experience serving both private and public sector clients including retail, industrial, health, blue light, heritage and office sectors amongst others.
With a client-orientated approach to commissions. Simon has detailed experience in engaging with clients to assist them in achieving their project objectives. Simon has extensive knowledge of building refurbishment and maintenance work and has considerable project experience. Simon has a strong track record of large scale condition survey management as well as undertaking due diligence surveys and expert reports.
