Richard is an Architectural Director with 30 years’ experience in the construction sector and manages the Bury St Edmunds office as part of the national team. He leads and delivers complex, multidisciplinary projects across custodial, Ministry of Defence, educational and mixed-use buildings.
He is recognised for steady delivery on complex programmes, clear communication across project teams and clients, and pragmatic solutions that keep projects on time and on budget. He combines strategic programme leadership with hands-on technical expertise to translate challenging briefs into coordinated, buildable outcomes.
