Two of Pick Everard’s values that particularly resonate with me are Being Professional and Being Positive. I am enjoying opportunities to listen to feedback from our people and developing solutions with them on our people practices. We have in place a number of forums where we discuss ideas on subjects such as personal growth, talent attraction, flexibility and staff rewards. It’s a positive opportunity to voice their thoughts on matters that can help shape a better way forward for working life at Pick Everard and we’ve been busy implementing some of those changes already. This includes a new mentoring scheme, enhanced family-friendly policies and new routes to workplace flexibility.
