Duncan is the Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the firm’s strategy and performance and supporting major strategic clients.
A Chartered Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Duncan has worked on a wide range of schemes for both public and private sector clients.
His responsibilities include guiding business development strategy with a focus on strategic growth and the firm’s future. He also serves as chairman of Perfect Circle, a company that delivers the broadest range of consultancy services available to the public sector under the SCAPE Built Environment Consultancy Services framework.
