As an Associate Director at Pick Everard, he leads the technical delivery and strategic growth of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) projects across multiple sectors, ensuring the highest standards of design, innovation, and client satisfaction.
Dean’s career has included senior roles with leading contractors and consultancies, giving him a unique perspective that bridges design and delivery. He is highly experienced in complex refurbishment, heritage and operational estate projects, including landmark schemes within the Westminster Parliamentary Estate and the Victoria & Albert Museum.
With a client-focused and collaborative approach, Dean excels in stakeholder engagement, technical leadership, and developing high-performing teams.
