David is the Executive Director for design services, comprising of architecture, BIM services, building services engineering, civil engineering, water engineering, structural engineering, landscape architecture, interior design, sustainability and energy.He is responsible for the growth, strategic direction, governance and performance of the design services.
David, a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience, brings deep expertise in designing and managing property refurbishments. He excels in organising project delivery teams and upholding rigorous project performance standards across time, finance, and quality. Beyond these fundamentals, David ensures that each project aligns with the client organisation’s unique policies, protocols, and culture, embedding these values throughout the delivery process. His commitment to high-quality technical delivery consistently ensures that client expectations are not only met but exceeded.
