Daniel Noon
Director
Daniel is a Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Building Engineer, PRINCE2 project management practitioner and RICS Ska Rating Assessor with over 17 years’ experience in the construction industry.
He is the Director responsible for service delivery for clients including Lee Valley Regional Park Authority, Nottingham City Council, Leicester City Council and Public Health England amongst others.
Daniel has developed the Pick Everard in-house surveying software “PEAC” used on Condition and Asset Surveys across the practice. As a Chartered Surveyor, Daniel has an extensive knowledge and experience in the design and management of property refurbishments and new build projects. Post Olympics Daniel has worked closely with Lee Valley Regional Park Authority with their Olympic Legacy works at The Velodrome, White Water Centre and Hockey & Tennis Centre, Daniel has also worked on various other projects for LVRPA across there diverse property portfolio.
