Adrian is responsible for the growth, strategic direction, governance and performance of the management services.His expertise spans the public and private sectors, with a strong commitment to delivering client-focused projects that maximise value.With over 20 years of experience in the built environment, he is a Chartered Surveyor with numerous accreditations, including RICS, PRINCE2, and NEC3 qualifications.
