How have T Levels helped you secure your apprenticeship?
T Levels have been a game-changer in helping me secure my Technician Apprenticeship at Pick Everard. They provided the perfect mix of classroom learning and real-world experience, giving me the skills and confidence to step into the workplace.
What was the most valuable part of your T Level qualification?
One of the biggest advantages of my T Level qualification was the 45-day industry placement. This hands-on experience allowed me to apply my technical knowledge in a real setting, develop problem-solving skills, and understand workplace expectations. It also gave me valuable insight into the industry and helped me build connections.
How did your T Level experience help you stand out during the apprenticeship application process?
When I applied for my apprenticeship, my T Level experience made me stand out. I could demonstrate both my technical skills and my ability to work in a professional environment. During my interview, I spoke about the real projects I worked on during my placement, proving that I was ready to take on the role.

Now, as an apprentice, I see how well T Levels prepared me. The transition from education to work has been smooth, and I feel confident tackling the challenges of the job.
