Mathew Benton returns to Pick Everard to strengthen our Leeds presence

Pick Everard has welcomed back Mathew Benton to our Leeds office, bringing over 20 years’ industry experience across a range of sectors and project types.
Mathew began his career at Drivers Jonas, later holding roles with JLL and Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH). A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and NECReg Supervisor, he has delivered complex programmes including the recladding of major high-rise developments, acting as NEC Supervisor on specialist healthcare new builds, and leading restoration of prominent listed buildings in city-centre locations.
“Returning to Pick Everard after three years, I bring a fresh perspective and additional experience that will enhance the services we offer,” said Mathew. “My first priority is to reconnect with colleagues and clients while getting to know new team members. I’m focused on maintaining our high standards of delivery and strengthening our collaborative approach, with our valued clients. I’m also keen to grow our local presence across the North and build on the excellent reputation we’ve already established.”
Looking ahead, Mathew aims to expand our Leeds operations and deepen client relationships across the North of England. “My goal is to foster long-term partnerships and ensure our work remains locally focused and responsive to the communities we serve.”
