Pick Everard has been awarded gold accreditation by Investors in People (IIP), recognising over 10 years of continuous improvement in workplace culture, leadership, and employee engagement.

Having achieved silver status in 2019, Pick Everard, which employs 800 professionals nationally, has worked steadily over the past six years to build on its progress, with regular assessments, all-staff surveys, and a collaborative approach to continuous improvement.
The 2025 ‘We invest in People’ gold accreditation follows an extensive full assessment, including interviews, broadcasts, focus groups, and business-wide feedback. Approximately 17 per cent of organisations taking part in the IIP process achieve gold accreditation.
“Securing the Investors in People gold accreditation is a proud milestone for Pick Everard and a true testament to the collective effort of our leaders, our people, and our People and Culture team.
We have had in place a long-term, strategic objective to be recognised as a great place to work – a place where we could build exceptional talent density, invest in the onward development of our people and provide an engaging, safe and diverse workplace culture for our people to thrive in. Achieving gold confirms the progress we’ve made together, and is the result of encouraging openness, and committing to change, collaboratively.”
— Elizabeth Hardwick-Smith, group people and culture director at Pick Everard
The assessment praised Pick Everard for the strength of its initiatives, collaborative team culture, and the impact of its ‘Deliver Better Together’ ethos – a company-wide message that its team says is influencing positive behaviours and results.
Other initiatives that were commended include Pick Everard’s forums that champion ideas and suggestions for improvement across diversity, women in leadership, social value, and mental health and wellbeing.
“We’d like to congratulate Pick Everard, on achieving their Gold accreditation. We invest in people is a fantastic effort for any organisation, and places Pick Everard in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
— Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People
Looking ahead, Pick Everard will continue its focus on leadership and culture by building on its existing competency framework.
Future plans also include enhanced mentoring and development mechanisms, further strengthening two-way communication across the business, and driving equity, diversity and inclusion efforts. The consultancy will also review its performance, progression and reward strategies to ensure it reflects the diverse needs of its people across all life and career stages.
