Pick Everard’s experienced masterplanners work with our clients to transform the built environment. We are adept at taking the most challenging sites and designing deliverable, realistic, commercially focused masterplans that lay the foundations for future developments.

We have a dedicated team of experienced design managers to help control and manage complex projects to ensure full collaboration and coordination.

Their comprehensive skills ensure that project programmes are achieved, designs are properly co-ordinated and communicated, and budgets are controlled. They can proactively ensure there is no missing or incomplete design information, and no inconsistencies between documentation or poor resource allocation.

We have technically focused experienced individuals who provide a comprehensive client technical advisor service. They will independently assist the client and their professional team to manage and control the delivery of projects through design and construction on site. We have qualified NEC supervisors who can fulfil any prescribed duty.

Our bespoke appointment will be adapted to suit each project stage and we can provide advanced planning of tasks and duties in future stages beyond the project’s completion, including building operation and maintenance needs.

Our team of accredited conservation architects have a deep understanding of traditional repairs, preservation, modern extensions and alterations.
