Tim is a Director based at Pick Everard Manchester and leads the Building Surveying team. He has over 35 years' experience within the construction industry as a property consultant. Starting my career as an architectural technician, I established my technical and construction knowledge and continued to develop into a Chartered Building Surveyor. My ability to liaise with clients effectively and efficiently, ensures that projects meet the brief and expectations of all stakeholders involved.
My high level of experience in all aspects of building surveying including commercial, occupier, investor, public sector and institutional clients, ensures the proactive management and delivery of instructions and projects. I have worked on a large number of instructions that have involved live environments that are continuing operational business centres.
