University of Liverpool has an ongoing programme of new build and refurbishment projects as part of an ongoing development programme. Pick Everard are providing building services consultancy together with CDM-C services under separate four year framework agreements. During the lifetime of these frameworks, the university anticipate up to 130 projects may be undertaken with a cumulative value of £200m. Pick Everard have already been involved in the refurbishment of a range of buildings across the campus including libraries, theatres, science and veterinary science facilities.

Pick Everard hold consultancy frameworks to provide Civil Engineering – Drainage Impact Assessments & Water Impact Assessments.
Severn Trent Water
Pick Everard have worked continuously for Severn Trent Water for over 30 years, offering technical advice and design for capital and maintenance works. We are currently providing Strategic Management Plans to help define the capital works requirements for STW over the next 5 year planning period, as well as technical advice on asset related issues.
University of Glasgow
University of Glasgow are an established client of Pick Everard, having worked together on projects for over ten years. Pick Everard are currently providing mechanical and electrical design services for the university on a number of building refurbishment and upgrade projects around the campus.
University of Strathclyde
University of Strathclyde has a £350m investment programme over the current decade ranging from major redevelopments to refurbishment and enabling projects. Pick Everard are providing mechanical and electrical design services to the university under a four year framework. During 2014, we were commissioned on 20 schemes, providing design and project support for upgrades to teaching & administration facilities and student residences.
