Public Health England’s dispersed office estate, comprises approximately 50 locations which are largely shared with other organisations. Repair and maintenance responsibilities vary depending on the terms of the tenure.
We were initially commissioned to assess the maintenance requirements and responsibilities at these sites, prepare an asset register, and arrange for the completion of backlog maintenance to ensure statutory compliance. Subsequently we were commissioned to prepare site log books, office accommodation standards, and the FM specification for tender.
Our team of surveyors carried out surveys of the properties to identify assets, their condition, and associated maintenance requirements and responsibilities. Any backlog maintenance / remedial works were implemented, and log books prepared. Accommodation standards and FM specifications management and technical deliverables provided for tender.
- Statutory compliance achieved and demonstrated via survey identification, and completion of maintenance / remedial works
- Formalization of policy and standards via accommodation standards
- Detailed FM specification provided within agreed timescales
