Eddie Stobart Ltd appointed Pick Everard as part of a large scale industrial estate development in Daventry, Northamptonshire.
Following the purchase of a large industrial site, Eddie Stobart Ltd required development of storage and office space to support business operations across the East Midlands. This specifically comprised three warehouses, as well as a four storey office building to act as the company’s regional headquarters.
Pick Everard architects delivered designs that maximised space usage across the site, creating an air conditioned office building that aided efficient working practices, with the reception area doubling up as attraction for fans. The designs also effectively integrated spacious warehouses.
A key part of the role involved working in close collaboration with the main contractor and project manager to ensure client requirements were adhered to at all times.
