Operations Director
As Operations Director, Tim has responsibility across our activity with central government clients and has been at the forefront of many of the practice’s high profile major projects.
Tim is also a board member for Design Services and previously a Director of Architecture, in this role he focuses on delivering the Partnership’s vision and improving efficiency and effectiveness across our integrated design teams.
Tim has dedicated his career to working in the public sector and central government designing schools, universities, health facilities, courts and prisons. His particular experience and interest lies in estate transformation and critical infrastructure programmes, translating complex varied estates into high performing, sustainable assets.
He is client focused and skilled at identifying the needs and solutions for complex client organisations, providing strategic advisory in procurement, platform design and accelerated delivery through MMC.
Tim believes that designers have a key role to play in shaping society and creating environments that celebrate the human experience. He applies conviction and curiosity to every opportunity to unlock the greatest opportunity.
