Steve is a highly qualified Chartered Architect with extensive experience in the leadership of large scale projects and programmes of work. He specialises in the focused design delivery of large complex schemes and his reputation as a design champion and multifaceted problem solver is highly-regarded by his clients and peers.
Steve leads a large Architectural team and excels in developing strong relationships. He has an excellent working knowledge of a broad range of schemes for public sector and private clients, including the design and management of multi-professional projects. He is well acquainted with a variety of procurement routes and contract strategies, especially single stage and multi-stage design & build contracts. His knowledge and experience also extends in the overseas market, having collaborated on large schemes in Europe for private developers.
