David Harris

David is a Chartered Surveyor and PRINCE2 project management practitioner with over 20 years’ experience. He is responsible for service delivery under framework agreements for clients including: National Grid, EDF Energy, Northants Police, Lincoln City Council and the BBC amongst others. In this role, David acts as the point of contact for all enquiries; his skill in professional resource planning ensures appropriate expertise and resource allocation from project inception to completion.
As a Chartered Surveyor, David has an extensive knowledge and experience in the design and management of property refurbishments. He is particularly skilled in the organisation of project delivery teams and the implementation of agreed project delivery performance standards. This is not limited to typical performance standards of: time, finance and quality; but extends to ensuring that the particular policies, protocols and culture of the client organisation are embedded throughout.
