Scape National Project Management & Quantity Surveying Framework
Pick Everard is sole provider for Scape‘s National Project Management and Quantity Surveying framework.
The framework is the first of its kind run by Scape, allowing the public sector to benefit from very latest competitive market rates. Pick Everard supports SME’s with a 100% SME supply chain which uses local teams, delivering jobs in local regions in England, Scotland and Wales.
How you benefit?
To ensure success Pick Everard works with everyone involved. Performance of delivery teams is linked to continuous improvement, with these benefits:
- Increased opportunity to deliver on time, cost and quality criteria
- Quick to introduce
- Incentivised contracts to improve delivery
- No direct procurement costs
- Encouragement and support to improve social and economic opportunities through local delivery
- Inception to start on site time minimised
- Helps to increase skills within your team
Spend money on service delivery, not on procurement
Appointment is a direct, simple, three step process:
- Signing an access agreement with Scape opens up access to any framework procured by Scape. It does not cost anything to access to or sign the agreement.
- Pick Everard presents the framework approach at an initial meeting, provides standard contract documentation, and introduces you to the delivery process, people and approach. There is no cost for this either.
- Pick Everard provides a fee proposal under the framework terms, and once accepted, signs the standard NEC3 contract, recommended as best practice by central government, with you to begin work.
This straight forward process can take place in a matter of days. There’s no need for further competition, procurement procedure or bespoke tender documentation.
