The empa framework offers a quick, cost effective route for clients to access Pick Everard's multi-discipline design services within the East Midlands region.
With our head office in Leicester, and with local offices in Nottingham and Derby, we are ideally placed to serve the East Midlands region. We are engaged under the empa Design and Technical Services Framework to provide services in:

• Structural and Civil Engineering
• Building Services Engineering
• Land Surveying – Topographical
The framework covers works up to a £7.5m project / programme value, and runs until August 2014.
