Project management services are provided to many major organisations including the Ministry of Defence, Employment Services and NHS Trust hospitals. Our flexible approach makes our project management services equally attractive to private clients operating within smaller budgets.

Our first priority is to appoint a professional project manager who fully understands the complexities of the scheme, taking into account an engineering, architectural or surveying bias. The project manager can draw on in-house expertise; quantity surveyors to advise on cost; architects and engineers for feasibility reports, outline designs and specifications; surveyors for topographical and building surveys. To ensure construction design and safety requirements are closely monitored, we have in-house planning supervisors, party wall surveyors, facilities managers, clerks of works and resident engineers.

Using the latest software, every aspect of a project is monitored and controlled; preparing bar charts, schedules and critical path analyses to plan and co-ordinate activities, resource management and cost control. Advice on risk management and value management options is also an integral part of our service.

At Pick Everard the client always has a choice. We can supply the entire project management team, or manage outside consultants. Project managers will advise on procurement methods, costs and administration of all forms of contract providing the essential liaison between client, design team and contractor.
