Duncan has over 30 years experience in the construction industry, working on a broad range of schemes for public sector and private clients. Duncan facilitates team assembly for the delivery of complex projects.  His experience includes the design and management of multi-disciplinary projects particularly in the commercial and education sectors, in which he regularly provides the co-ordination of technical and commercial input on schemes from bid stage to project delivery. 

Duncan has a comprehensive working knowledge of PPP/PFI projects and in-depth experience of the delivery of schemes through single and multi-stage design and build procurement.

He is responsible for the management of a number of divisional business units together with the Business Development Strategy of the firm in the UK and overseas, including entry into new markets.  His experience and skills developed in the financial management, operation and future development of Pick Everard are often called upon by clients and major projects.
