David has 24 years experience in architectural design and management on commercial, custodial, office, residential and healthcare projects.  

David is Pick Everard’s Partner for Healthcare and Custodial security sectors, responsible for developing design teams with efficient processes and procedures to deliver innovative design solutions, working for public sector clients, and by partnering with design & build contractors on major public frameworks.  David has excellent skills and knowledge in the management processes to ensure a smooth delivery in communication, strategy setting and resourcing on major commissions.

Having developed the company’s custodial capability over the last 15 years, David has led our teams, in partnership with international contractors, and delivered major custodial facilities for up to 2000 prisoners, as well as courts and secure storage facilities.
