Allan joined Pick Everard in 2009 and is the director responsible for London and the South-east region. A Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Builder, Allan also leads the delivery of project management services to the practice's growing client base in education, healthcare, leisure and blue-light sectors and is the regional lead for Government Procurement Service, Scape and iESE regional improvement frameworks.
