Global platform for Pick Everard design expertise

Representatives of leading architectural and engineering practice Pick Everard are heading out to meet buyers from the global property market at the annual MIPIM conference, in Cannes, France, from March 16 to 19. Pick Everard Partners Duncan Green, Alastair Hamilton and Joanna Griffin Shaw are attending MIPIM (Marché International des Professionnels d'Immobilier) to showcase projects aimed at attracting new interest in the firm’s portfolio.

MIPIM is the world’s largest property event, bringing together key international real estate players and providing an influential platform for businesses to raise their profile. More than 2,000 companies and 2,300 investors have registered this year, including developers, property advisers, property management companies, architects, designers, lawyers, construction companies and local authorities.

Last year Pick Everard was appointed as a Buying Solutions Framework Agreement supplier for project management and design team services for new work in the public sector. The Leicester-based practice has won major projects with police authorities, education and custodial sectors, using multidisciplinary expertise in all aspects of design and construction, a factor that Duncan Green said will enhance their presence at MIPIM.

“This is a unique opportunity to demonstrate Pick Everard’s skills in delivering major projects as a UK framework supplier. Our focus at MIPIM will be on the longer term, to achieve sustainable, effective value over the lifetime of any client’s property or construction project, whether this is through designing zero-carbon buildings, or reconfiguring aspects of an existing estate portfolio.”
