Construction Regatta comes to Rutland Water 9 May 2007

This year’s Construction Industry Regatta, sponsored by architectural and engineering practice Pick Everard, is taking place on Friday 22nd June at Rutland Sailing Club. This is the 20th year that this highly popular event has been held, and this year it is also supported by sponsors Corus, NCE and Roger Bullivant Ltd.

The event is open to all sailing enthusiasts working in or involved with the construction industry. The entry fee is £21, which includes tea, coffee and lunch. There is no limit to the number of entries, and the competition is open to any individual, or team, with a dinghy or multi-hull that has a RYA Portsmouth Yardstick rating.

The briefing for the three races will be at 10am with the first race at 11am. After lunch there will be two further races, followed by a prizes for individual and team placings.
