From health facility planning, service & business planning through to the preparation of project briefs, option appraisals, feasibility reports and estate strategies, over 95% of our services are in-house, allowing us to be swift, responsive and dynamic in addressing your needs, allowing you react swiftly in response to every opportunity. Pick Everard uses industry standard ADB software, tied to current health building guidance and linked with our Building Information Modelling (BIM) three dimensional design systems. We’re familiar with the AEDET Evolution toolkit, a benchmarking tool, and part of the business case guidance for Procure 21+, PFI, LIFT and conventionally funded schemes.

Our integrated approach and six factor diagnostic process uses data and ratings, providing benchmarks which inform strategic decision making long before any capital projects are formalised.
