Compliance

In a competitive environment, quality standards can help organisations to focus on customers’ needs and on improving the quality of service they receive.

At Pick Everard our goal is to deliver the highest possible standard of service to our clients and promote excellence in all that we do. Our  adoption of ISO 9001 and adoption of the Investors in Excellence model is evidence of our ongoing commitment to exceed quality standards rather than simply comply with them. We remain committed to sustained improvement, which is demonstrated by our continual accreditation with LRQA and Investors in Excellence.

Environmental Management

The environment is a very topical issue and Pick Everard has been committed to environmental improvement and the prevention of pollution since the 19th century.

As part of this commitment, we developed an environmental management system which meets the requirements of ISO 14001. Fully integrated with our established ISO 9001 Business Management System, it recognises the synergy between quality, health and safety, and the environment.

Health & Safety

Pick Everard is committed to maintaining high standards of Health and Safety, both in the office and out on site. Our OHSAS 18001 certification is evidence of this commitment.

Pick Everard maintains an excellent safety record as a business and has received the RoSPA Gold Medal every year since 2002. In 2011, we received the RoSPA President’s award for ‘outstanding performance in Health and Safety at work over a period of ten years’.

Quality Assurance

Pick Everard maintains a high quality advisory, design and project management service, controlled through the implementation of our Business Management System, which is certified under BS EN ISO 9001
