Pick Everard has over 140 years experience of civil and structural engineering - many of Leicester's best loved landmark buildings have been both designed and engineered by us.

We appreciate our responsibilities as civil and structural engineers and we enjoy the challenges of ensuring that buildings and their environments are safe and effectively developed in line with both the client's and the architect's expectations.

Our range of civil engineering services is comprehensive. We develop the landscaping environment and provide sound and safe access and road designs in keeping with the Highway Authority requirements. Our infrastructure design capability ensures that the project is environmentally sustainable, employing appropriate SUDS techniques to that end.

Our range of structural engineering services is equally comprehensive and allows us to take responsibility for every aspect of a building from the foundations and frame to the choice of construction materials.

Projects are wide-ranging and varied and include building schools, colleges and prisons as well as large-scale refurbishment programmes. We also work alongside other disciplines on water engineering projects, carrying out investigations and proposing alterations as well as designing and building new structures.

We have a works team that investigates structural defects and undertakes repairs and renewal works. These include insurance claims, subsidence issues and preparation of schedules of conditions.
