Skills & Experience Required:

Civil Engineer (senior level) required to work in our Joint Venture (JV) Sewerage Framework Team in Leeds delivering projects for Yorkshire Water.

The job holder will be responsible for the feasibility design of sewerage schemes within the Framework Team and will manage a small delivery team, reporting to the JV Design Manager.

The role will also include co-ordination / liaison with the supply chain and delivery partners in the JV, as well as our hydraulic modelers and structural designers.

Ideally you will have:

• Degree level qualification or equivalent (Chartered Engineer status would be desirable)
• Several years of experience in sewerage design and project management on a variety of projects covering feasibility to construction
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles including sound knowledge of hydraulics
• Wastewater infrastructure experience
• Project management skills
• Site experience (in contractor or client / consultant role)
• Full UK driving licence
• Knowledge of Contract Conditions and procedure (NEC) – desirable
• Experience of InfoWorks and GIS – desirable
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project (or other programming software) – desirable

Salary:
