Skills & Experience Required:

In order to support the continued growth of our business, we are seeking to recruit a focused and talented Project Manager to be based at our new office in Manchester, to undertake all duties necessary and required by our Clients to ensure delivery of the project objectives.

You will be able to demonstrate:

• Significant experience in a similar role with a construction consultancy 
• Bid writing and presentation skills 
• Knowledge of building technology and construction principles  
• A good understanding of forms of building contract (including JCT and NEC3) and experience of contract administration 
• Ability to control day to day programming and planning, monitor progress and expenditure of projects 
• Clear understanding of risk management including identification, management, mitigation and risk transfer 
• Excellent communication and client facing skills, combined with strong interpersonal and influencing skills 
• Degree level qualification 
• Membership of a construction related professional body, such as RICS, CIOB, APM, etc. – desirable  
• Project management related qualification (Prince2 or similar) – desirable

Salary:
