Skills & Experience Required:

In order to support the continued growth of our business, we are seeking to recruit a focused and talented Project Manager to undertake all duties necessary and required by our Clients to lead project teams and ensure delivery of the project objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role with a construction consultancy
• Bid writing and presentation skills
• Knowledge of building technology and construction principles
• A good understanding of forms of building contract and experience of contract administration
• Ability to control day to day programming and planning, monitor progress and expenditure of projects
• Clear understanding of risk management including identification, management, mitigation and risk transfer
• HNC, HND or a construction related degree
• Membership of a construction related professional body, such as RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, etc. – desirable
• Project management related qualification (Prince2 or similar) - desirable

Salary:
