Skills & Experience Required:

Due to increased public sector workload we are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor (senior level) to be based at our Leicester office.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Proven track record of cost management of building projects from feasibility/option studies through to detailed cost planning and post contract cost management 
  
• Significant experience in public sector projects
  
•  Good knowledge of Value Engineering and Risk Management techniques
•  Thorough understanding of the principal standard forms of Building Contracts including JCT and NEC3
•  Experience in consultancy environment
•  Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills
•  Full membership of RICS

It would also be desirable for the right person to have experience in the role of Employer’s Agent.

Salary:

Negotiable dependant on level of skills and experience.  Benefits
