Skills & Experience Required:

In order to support the continued growth of our business, we are seeking to recruit a focused and talented Senior Project Manager to undertake all duties necessary and required by our Clients to lead project teams and ensure delivery of the project objectives.

The successful applicant will also take a wider role in overseeing ongoing projects within the region and undertaking Business Development activities to develop new business opportunities and to lead bids and presentation teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience in a similar role in the construction environment
  • HNC, HND or a construction related degree
  • Membership of a construction related professional body, such as RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, etc. – desirable
  • Project management related qualification (Prince2 or similar) - desirable
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building technology and construction principles
  • A good understanding of forms of building contract and experience of contract administration
  • Ability to control day to day programming and planning
  • Ability to monitor progress and expenditure of projects
  • Clear understanding of risk management including identification, management, mitigation and risk transfer

Strong bid writing and presentation skills

Salary:

Negotiable dependant on level of skills and experience.  Benefits
