Improvement and Efficiency South East (IESE)

Achieving best value

Cashable efficiency savings

As well as being more reliable and better quality, Improvement and Efficiency South East (IESE) projects are much more cost effective. ‘Project efficiency’ savings come from the aggregation of costs over many projects.

The average construction project procured through IESE Construction and Asset Management is now completed within 1.25% of the expected budget and within 0.6% of the expected time – far exceeding the performance of comparative projects tendered through OJEU and other frameworks.

What’s more, IESE Construction and Asset Management has exceeded its efficiency targets for 2008/09, bringing clients’ total combined savings to £39.1 million.

What Pick Everard does differently

Local teams  - We endeavour to use local resources to deliver projects, managed from our London office, with support from our expert SME Supply Chain across the South East.

Senior management involvement  – We ensure senior members of the team remain involved throughout the project to retain high levels of quality control and expertise

Focus on sustainability  - We utilise our in-house sustainability consultants to provide sustainability advice and support to all projects, with engineers and assessors brought in to deliver elements of work where required

Keeping you involved  - Our ethos is to keep clients involved throughout the project process. We recognise the benefits that can be achieved, both in decision making and programme duration throughout projects, and through improved levels of satisfaction with projects on completion.

Demonstrating value for money  - Working in Partnership with IESE, our teams use a bespoke Cost-Time-Benefit Analysis tool to track time and costs savings made on projects allowing you to demonstrate true value for money.

How do I benefit?

IESE’s first class consultants deliver a wide range of services at competitive rates  - Pick Everard has worked successfully across a wide range of projects with IESE, from schools to leisure and health care provision.

Early contractor involvement brings proven cost and time benefits  - through IESE’s fully managed contractor framework Pick Everard has delivered high quality standards and achieved excellent framework KPI scores.

Our collaborative approach is reliable, minimised risk and maximised value  - keeping you informed and involved at the right levels throughout the project.

IESE procurement is fast, easy and OJEU compliant  - Market tested, competitively tendered rates and a structured, fast-track mini competition procedure provide clients with complete satisfaction of achieving value for money.

Unlike other providers, IESE offers supported, managed frameworks, driven by public sector best practice – Pick Everard’s extensive IESE portfolio ensures it is fully conversant with the IESE delivery process and procedures.
