BREEAM assessors & consultants

BREEAM assessors are an integral part of Pick Everard’s building services and sustainability consultancy. Working with design teams and clients, BREEAM assessors capture clients’ aspirations for sustainability and BREEAM requirements early on in the design stage, and ensure these are closely monitored through design, construction and in-use.

Pick Everard is on the register of BREEAM Accredited Professionals, providing consultancy services in addition to standard assessment roles.

Pick Everard offers a wide range of BREEAM assessments:

Non-domestic assessments:

  • Education: Schools, Further Education, Higher Education
  • Offices
  • Healthcare
  • Multi-residential
  • Bespoke: Single & multi-buildings
  • Prisons

  • Tailored: Forestry Commission Visitor Centres, DREAM (Defence) assessments, Fire stations, Whitbread Premier Inn
