In aid of Leicestershire Charities Rainbows and Loros, teams taking part in the Vantis Corporate Challenge competed over a three-month challenge period. Pick Everard won the award for Most Innovative Idea.

You've heard of the X Factor? Pick Everard came up with a new talent show... The PIX Factor! All the musical members of staff at Pick Everard grouped together, planned and came up with their challenge, an evening of music and entertainment performed by Pick Everard staff. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience talent that staff had been hiding away from colleagues and clients; an evening that saw architects, engineers and surveyors really walk on their wild side!
