Architecture
Heritage & Conservation
Pick Everard has extensive experience providing architectural and engineering advice for conservation and heritage related projects.
We’ve worked on churches and other ecclesiastical buildings as well as listed buildings, designing and advising on alterations, extensions and repair works. Pick Everard has members of staff on approved lists for the Diocese of Coventry, Leicester and Peterborough, as well as consultants with specialised experience in conservation, including Architects Accredited in Building Conservation (AABC) accreditation.
We have worked extensively with English Heritage and the National Trust and we can advise you about funding bodies including the Heritage Lottery Fund, as well developing conservation plans and undertaking historic research and quinquennial inspections.
Our accredited conservation architects, assisted by our in house engineers and surveyors, aim to deliver buildings which are sympathetic to their surroundings, which meet sustainability criteria and provide unique interiors. From our first meeting with you, we aim to understand your needs so that every project, from the briefest feasibility study to full condition survey, from major repairs to development is carried through to a successful conclusion.
